These Organic Kelp Seaweed Flakes from the Cornish Seaweed Company are well-known in Japanese cuisine for their distinctive umami flavour and are commonly referred to as kombu flakes. This exquisite sea marine vegetable offers a strong flavour and is an excellent detoxificant. Seaweed flakes can be added to a whole host of hearty meals and they are also great when soaking pulses, giving them a good flavour.
Supplied in a plastic free, paper pouch and printed using biodegradable ink making all packaging recyclable and compostable.
Note: Kelp needs to be soaked for 30 mins in water to reduce high iodine levels when eaten raw. Cooking also significantly reduces iodine levels.

We can deliver on any day of your choice. To do this, simply select a delivery date at the checkout.
Any hampers containing chilled items cannot be dispatched on a Friday for Monday delivery as they would be held in a depot over the weekend.

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to the dispatch date. On receipt, if you are not happy with your hamper please contact us to arrange return within 24 hours. The full value of the hamper will then be refunded on receipt of undamaged and/or in date goods excluding postage & fresh items.
