All Dunoon fine bone china mugs are handcrafted in Staffordshire, England and are produced to the highest possible quality using traditional methods which have been developed and refined over three generations specialising in the pottery industry. Our mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe, with the exception of any mugs with gold embellishment.
Many of our pre-made hampers are marked as free delivery. Free delivery on these items is offered with DPD next day service.
If you select a weekend date or pre-12 delivery for one of these items, it is offered at an additional cost but a reduced rate compared to other hampers.

We can deliver on any day of your choice. To do this, simply select a delivery date at the checkout.
Any hampers containing chilled items cannot be dispatched on a Friday for Monday delivery as they would be held in a depot over the weekend.

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to the dispatch date. On receipt, if you are not happy with your hamper please contact us to arrange return within 24 hours. The full value of the hamper will then be refunded on receipt of undamaged and/or in date goods excluding postage & fresh items.
