A lovely addition to the hamper we chose . The thing that marred the whole gift, was the very late delivery. The recipient doesn’t answer the door after dark . The hamper was taken to a post office to be collected the next day , not good with fresh cream included. Please review your delivery services, they are letting you down sadly.

Many of our pre-made hampers are marked as free delivery. Free delivery on these items is offered with DPD next day service.
If you select a weekend date or pre-1200 delivery for one of these items, it is offered at an additional cost but a reduced rate compared to other hampers.

Any hampers containing chilled items cannot be dispatched on a Friday for Monday delivery as they would be held in a depot over the weekend.

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to the dispatch date. On receipt, if you are not happy with your hamper please contact us to arrange return within 24 hours. The full value of the hamper will then be refunded on receipt of undamaged and/or in date goods excluding postage & fresh items.
