Returns

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to the dispatch date.  On receipt, if you are not happy with your hamper please contact us to arrange return within 24 hours.  The full value of the hamper will then be refunded on receipt of undamaged and/or in date goods excluding postage & fresh items.

If goods are returned to us via the courier following unsuccessful attempts at delivery and where any delivery instructions have been met no refund will be made.  In these circumstances the customer may request that the goods be resent.  This would incur the standard delivery charge and would not cover any spoilt perishable goods.  Devon Hampers will not make any administration charge for dealing with these cases.

Complaints Procedure

We make every effort to ensure a high level of customer care.  However we take complaints very seriously and have strict procedures in place to ensure that they are dealt with fairly and effectively.

If you have a complaint please e-mail sales@devonhampers.com or telephone 01566 701842 with the following information:

  • Invoice number
  • Description of goods (please give as much information as possible)
  • The nature of your complaint
  • Contact name and telephone number(s) and/or e-mail address

Our customer service office hours are 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within  a maximum of 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) providing a resolution to the complaint or at the very least a timescale for such resolution (you will of course be kept fully informed at all times).  All complaints will be kept strictly confidential at all times.
