Where We Deliver

We deliver throughout UK mainland, Tuesday to Saturday. Monday deliveries are available for non-perishable items only.

Where We Can't Deliver

We're unable to deliver to some areas where next-day service isn't reliable:

  • Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland
  • Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight
  • Remote parts of Scotland (Scottish Highlands and Islands):

Highland postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50

Scottish Islands postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

How Ordering Works

Single Orders

  • We send out fresh items Monday to Friday only
  • Order by 11:00 AM for next-day delivery (Monday to Friday)
  • Available delivery days: Tuesday to Saturday
  • We do not deliver on Sundays.
  • Fresh hampers can't be sent Friday for Monday delivery (they'd sit in depots over the weekend)

Multiple Hampers to Different Addresses

You'll need to place separate orders for different delivery addresses.

Large Orders (10+ hampers)

Call our Sales team on 01566 701842. We can:

  • Process everything in one transaction
  • Provide a spreadsheet for multiple addresses and gift messages
  • Offer advice for corporate or bulk orders

Delivery Dates & Reliability

Important: Delivery dates aren't guaranteed. Even reliable couriers occasionally have delays due to breakdowns, traffic, or other issues.

For special occasions: We recommend choosing a delivery date at least one day before your event as a safety buffer. This keeps everyone relaxed and gives us the best chance of success.

We're proud of our very high success rate in delivering on customers' preferred dates.


Tracking & Updates

You'll receive:

  • Email confirmation when you place your order
  • Message from our courier when your hamper is on its way

Important Warning About Rescheduling

Please be aware that if you use our courier's app or website to change your delivery date after your original scheduled delivery, we cannot be responsible for the condition of any fresh or perishable items. We also cannot offer refunds for any orders that have gone off because you changed the delivery date.


Your Responsibilities

  • Check delivery address details carefully - you're responsible for providing correct information
  • Be available for delivery - or ensure someone can accept the parcel
  • Provide opening times if delivering to a business

What We Can't Control

We can't accept responsibility for delays caused by:

  • Bad weather, strikes, vehicle breakdowns
  • Traffic congestion or supplier problems
  • Incorrect delivery information you've provided
  • Closed premises or no one available to receive delivery

However: If our couriers damage or lose your parcel, please contact us so we can organise either a refund or replacement.


Alcohol Deliveries

  • You must be 18 or over
  • ID may be required on delivery
  • It's illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under 18

Product Substitutions

During busy periods, we may substitute items from small artisan producers with similar products of equal quality and value. We won't notify you in advance, but we'll always ensure you get the same standard and value.
