Bought the Prosecco & Truffles Cream Tea as a Christmas present for a friend. Apart from knowing it had arrived as promised I have been unable to post a review until now as my friend was waiting to share her gift with her mother who was ill until new year. My friend has now confirmed that the product was excellent, which must mean it kept well in the fridge for a couple of weeks too. My first purchase, so I'm really pleased knowing I can safely use this gift option again.

Unfortunately, one of the wines I received was corked, but after a brief online chat with the team at Devon Hampers they had a replacement out to me a day later. Excellent service!!

I purchased as a gift and recipient seemed delighted. Good quality product and although there was a delay caused by courier, I was kept well informed. Would definitely order again.

The service was good but disappointed with the delivery which was rescheduled due to your courier missing out your . A new delivery date was arranged and they managed to deliver it a day later than the re-arranged date. This, not the food which was excellent, made it disappointingting.

Didn’t get a 5 star as poor delivery Booked delivery for 31st December for my uncles 91 st birthday . It gave me the 31st as a delivery option . Wasn’t delivered until 3 rd January .

Have bought scones a few times from Devon Hampers and have always been impressed. Prompt delivery of nice products with clean ingredients - some of their products do contain unnecessary ingredients, so I just choose those without.

I have awarded Devon Hampers 5 stars because I have used them before and all has been good. However I have rated the individual products 1star each because apparently the delivery company dropped the whole package 😱 and returned it to Devon Hampers who have arranged for a replacement 👍. Better late than never. 😁

My daughter and her family had a stressful time selling their home and moving into the new one and we couldn't be there to help. I thought that a Welcome Hamper with contents for her, her husband and 3 children would help them mark the occasion. It did, Thank You, Devon Hampers. The order was placed over a weekend, exchange of emails was timely and everything arrived as and when it should have.

It was a great gift - very well received, thank you Really happy to see you are supporting the children’s hospice.

We have used Devon Hampers before. So I have awarded 5 stars. However, I can't rate this particular order because the delivery company dropped the hamper and returned the whole soggy mess! 😕. What was supposed to be a Christmas Hamper will now be a New Year Hamper 😃
