Serving Instructions (make it your own!)
1) Add 25g of chocolate nuggets to 200ml of milk, put over medium heat and bring to boil while whisking
2) If you want it a little lighter use 250ml of milk
3) If you want a thick Italian style hot chocolate, use 150ml of milk *for a sweeter beverage, add a teaspoon of sugar.

Just two comments. It would have been helpful to have had a list of the contents in the box. I ordered two hampers to give my daughters at Christmas only to find there was a very short time limit on some of the contents - mainly the cheeses. The hampers arrived on Tuesday 16th December as planned, so it was quite a shock to find that the recommended date for eating the perishable items was the 20th December. I took the cheeses out and they are in my fridge until later today when I take the hampers for Christmas with my daughters. I don’t really have a problem with this but feel you should warn prospective purchasers with some sort of proviso alerting them of the very short time scale involved.

Recipients loved the hamper. Had a text to say delivery would be on 17th December. Waited in all day, but nothing arrived. Had text on 18th for delivery that day. Waited in all day! At 5 mins past given delivery time (1705 hrs) I phoned your office and was told items had just been delivered to neighbour even though I was in. Found items outside on next door’s step! No note or any indication of where items had been left. Only chance they were found before they got wet and spoilt. Suggest a more reliable courier!
Many of our pre-made hampers are marked as free delivery. Free delivery on these items is offered with DPD next day service.
If you select a weekend date or pre-1200 delivery for one of these items, it is offered at an additional cost but a reduced rate compared to other hampers.

We can deliver on any day of your choice. To do this, simply select a delivery date at the checkout.
Any hampers containing chilled items cannot be dispatched on a Friday for Monday delivery as they would be held in a depot over the weekend.

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to the dispatch date. On receipt, if you are not happy with your hamper please contact us to arrange return within 24 hours. The full value of the hamper will then be refunded on receipt of undamaged and/or in date goods excluding postage & fresh items.
