Please note that this hamper contains perishable goods. Once dispatched the scones have a shelf life of 4-5 days. Cream should be refrigerated immediately on arrival. This will ensure it remains fresh for 5-7 days. For further information on the best before dates, please refer to the product packaging.
During periods of high demand, items in hampers may occasionally need to be substituted.

Good customer service too, delivery came dead on time. Not on plan selected day but came day after which ok as did not miss special day.. customer service team brilliant. Feed back from my mum said loved the scones and fruit cake..

Many of our pre-made hampers are marked as free delivery. Free delivery on these items is offered with DPD next day service.
If you select a weekend date or pre-12 delivery for one of these items, it is offered at an additional cost but a reduced rate compared to other hampers.

We can deliver on any day of your choice. To do this, simply select a delivery date at the checkout.
Any hampers containing chilled items cannot be dispatched on a Friday for Monday delivery as they would be held in a depot over the weekend.

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to the dispatch date. On receipt, if you are not happy with your hamper please contact us to arrange return within 24 hours. The full value of the hamper will then be refunded on receipt of undamaged and/or in date goods excluding postage & fresh items.
