The Cornish Cheese Co Extra Mature Cornish Cheddar is sweet, creamy and exquisitely full flavoured. The cheese is intensely well rounded and produced to offer a slight crunch in texture due to the formation of naturally occurring calcium lactate crystals which are found in high quality aged cheddars. The crystals appear as white flecks and continue to develop as the cheese matures, enhancing both the character and the mouthfeel of the cheese.
Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through.

We can deliver on any day of your choice. To do this, simply select a delivery date at the checkout.
Any hampers containing chilled items cannot be dispatched on a Friday for Monday delivery as they would be held in a depot over the weekend.

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to the dispatch date. On receipt, if you are not happy with your hamper please contact us to arrange return within 24 hours. The full value of the hamper will then be refunded on receipt of undamaged and/or in date goods excluding postage & fresh items.
