Sharpham Brie is hand-made with the milk from Jersey Cows. This English Brie cheese is sublimely rich and sweet and develops savoury mushroom motes when ripe.
Suitable for vegetarians and made from pasteurised milk.
Sharpham Brie is more of a Coulommier-style cheese and has been handmade using their own recipe since 1981. Buttercup yellow with fresh cow's milk from our Jersey herd is a mould-ripened cheese—firm, rich and creamy when young, softening with mushroomy notes and a chicory finish with age.
It is beautiful when baked, pivotal to a good cheese board, and pairs particularly well with an ale chutney. The chutney complements the rich and creamy brie and its savoury aged flavour.

Received Brie instead of Elmhirst. The Brie is good but would have preferred the Elmhirst as requested.
Many of our pre-made hampers are marked as free delivery. Free delivery on these items is offered with DPD next day service.
If you select a weekend date or pre-1200 delivery for one of these items, it is offered at an additional cost but a reduced rate compared to other hampers.

We can deliver on any day of your choice. To do this, simply select a delivery date at the checkout.
Any hampers containing chilled items cannot be dispatched on a Friday for Monday delivery as they would be held in a depot over the weekend.

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to the dispatch date. On receipt, if you are not happy with your hamper please contact us to arrange return within 24 hours. The full value of the hamper will then be refunded on receipt of undamaged and/or in date goods excluding postage & fresh items.
