In 2003 co-founders Charles and Tim spotted a gap in the market, where the sales of spirits were growing, but mixers were being neglected. From this observation Fever-Tree was born.
Refusing to compromise on the quality of their mixers, the pair worked hard on research and development, creating their first great tasting tonic water in 2005. Their determination has paid off and the company are proud to say that their products are served in 9 out of 10 of the best restaurants in the world.
