Founded on a dream to leave the big smoke and return to the Westcountry to live and work, Lyme Bay Winery originally made ciders, but has expanded into wines and meads after discovering the historic recipes for local traditional tipples and breathing new life into them.  This has developed into their passion and has gained quite a following, as well as winning them a clutch of awards.
