Although products very good, very badly delivered, although on time, box battered and wet and left outside my brothers side door, complete disregard by the courier company and very badly handled to be received in that state , and although my brother said well packaged by yourselves one bottle broken inside and he got a glass splinter in his hand. Phoned to inform you and although you agreed to replace 2 bottles felt I wasn't 100% believed and weren't bothered about receiving the photos my brother had taken but I sent them anyway! I can only assume that the dishonest courier sent you a photo of a different delivery. Suggest your company covers itself against this sort of eventuality
Good ciders, but badly delivered by courier company although on time left outside all battered and wet complete disregard by courier company and although well packaged by yourselves must have been very badly handled, as when opened one bottle broken and my brother received a glass splinter in his hand, although 2 bottles replaced by yourselves felt when I phoned to inform you, that I wasnt 100% believed and didn't seem bothered about receiving the photos my brother took, but I sent them anyway. Suggest the company covers themselves for this sort of eventuality!
