This was a gift to a cousin and his wife. They were delighted with the cheese hamper, loved the fact it was all from Devon. I was informed when the parcel was on its way and when it had been delivered I was e-mailed a photo of it actually being delivered. What a great product and a great service.

The ordering website was easy to use, easy to identify the products you required. Communication of the order progress was superb. On the day of the delivery we were contacted with a time period of delivery.

We were kept informed from ordering until delivery. We knew exactly , the progress and the beauty of DPD is we are informed as soon as they have instructions and then given a time slot as well as confirmation of delivery. So we can alert the recipient should we need to.

Well after a disappointing first order was returned to courier's depot broken, another order shipped out asap from yourselves, that made it but 1 item arrived broken but you sent a replacement which arrived on Christmas Eve, just in time. I have to say non of the breakages were down to you and I have to say a big thank you to Adam and the team for your quick responses as I know you were very busy. I would and will order from you again and would recommend everyone to do so. Double gold stars everyone and hope you all had a good Christmas. PS Everyone liked the Poldark crock and mug sets.
