I was one of those really annoying customers who decided to change delivery address and date after I'd placed the order but Adam was so professional and helpful. He even refunded some delivery money as the day I changed to was cheaper. Package arrived on time and very well presented.
A fantastic gift for my mother's 93rd birthday the hamper itself was lovely and really good quality. The only problem was the delivery as it did not arrive until late on the day so with hindsight it would have been better to order for the day before.
Unable to visit our daughter to celebrate her birthday so we ordered a hamper each and had afternoon tea via Amazon echo. Great fun the quality and presentation of the tea was excellent and delicious. Would definitely recommend this great idea and every success to Devon Hampers

Bought this hamper for a very close family friend for her 80th birthday. She was thrilled to bits with it. She said the contents brought back lots of happy memories & the wicker basket the contents came in will be put to good use also. It’s such peace of mind knowing the contents are all gluten free & she could sit back, relax & enjoy her afternoon tea. She said the scones were absolutely delicious. What really makes the differences with this company is that they employ local hug skill bakers so the scones are baked fresh in their kitchens before dispatch. Cream and jam both excellent local products too - fantastic service .

Owing to a small error in the address on our part (40 instead of 48) the parcel was not delivered. Our frustration lies with the delivery company DPD who made no effort to resolve the problem despite us supplying both our phone number and the recipients. The package was destroyed (we were advised......) Always Double check the destination. Quality of service across couriers varies greatly it seems, especially in these times of lockdown. Devon hampers said they would follow up but sadly No response
