I really enjoyed being able to create my own hampers to suit the different recipients. There was plenty of choice, the process was easy, and I particularly liked the option to reduce the size of the box based on the final number of items I'd chosen - felt very customer-focused. I received a very friendly call to check whether I meant not to include a message for the orders , which was appreciated, and everything arrived on time for our virtual afternoon tea event.
