Arrived 4 days late, stale scones, defrosted cream gone off, which had to be thrown away. Despite complaints by email, absolutely no apologies given and tried to blame me for courier failings. Extremely dissatisfied customer.

During the online order process I had a concern in that I was being asked to proceed to payment without specifying delivery slot. I telephoned customer service and have to say they were really friendly and helpful explaining this was part of the payment step. Other than that the order process was very easy to follow. The order arrived via DPD exactly on time on my wife's birthday.
This hamper was a Lockdown Birthday surprise, and it was just fantastic. The Brie and Goats Cheese were the very best I’ve eaten...and I have eaten A LOT !! Don’t hesitate if you are thinking of purchasing, I’m sure you would be delighted.

This was the perfect present for my friend’s mother who has been unable to go out due to COVID restrictions. She was able to have a socially distanced cream tea in the garden with her family and she thoroughly enjoyed it all. Thank you.
Hamper came as requested, the contents were excellent. Really impressed at the speed of delivery. There were a few additional items that had been delayed, but when I called the people I spoke to were amazingly helpful, and sorted things out really fast. Will definitely order again in the future, and would recommend to everyone!
