Bought as a gift. Arrived exactly on the day I requested and was informed by email of the progress. The recipient was really pleased with it and said it was absolutely delicious.
The hamper was great but, despite paying for a specific Saturday delivery (to coincide with a birthday), it did not arrive on the right day. I did email on the day chasing the delivery, but did not receive a reply.

I decided to treat my small team to a treat at the high point of lock-down. I bought x3 & arranged for them to be delivered all on the same day so we could have afternoon cream tea via Zoom. I ordered a Devonian hamper for my parents and, whilst the packaging was great and the box arrived on time, we were disappointed with the quality of the scones and Langage Farm clotted cream. The scones were dry and powdery and the clotted cream is not cream as we know it - it was a closer to a long-life butter. I did contact Devon Hampers to feedback directly but didn't receive a reply, only an automated email to leave a review. Such a shame that the cream tea wasn't tastier - for £40 I'd have expected it to taste as good as it looked.

arrived a day late after paying for saturday delivery almost the same amount as the hamper. courier pretended to have tried to deliver but didn;t. devon hampers never got back to my 2 emails. i think i need a partial delivery refund?
