The customer service for this company is Excellent! They are patient when listening to your worries or general questions. I find them very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. As a retired Moderator for City & Guilds Customer service I can honestly say they deserve the highest level.
Bought as surprise gift for my daughter and husband to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary. They were delighted and said everything was delicious. I was a bit disappointed that apple juice had been substituted for the cider but understand under current situation supplies harder to get. Of course, they didn't know so enjoyed the tea regardless. Would recommend. We might even treat ourselves????

We received a cancellation order from the couriers so all Devon Hampers. I was reassured that everything was ok at their end and it sometimes happens with an error email with the delivery company. We received the goods on the day agreed. Perfect!

It tasted as if the cream been on the shelf for a long while during lockdown as three tubs were completely solid, tasted of ‘fat’ - no crust with a creamy underbelly.
I bought this gift for a relative for his 70th birthday in lockdown. He said it was all absolutely delicious with a cider. He was so pleased with it. I would recommend the company and product.
The afternoon tea arrived at 7pm. Not the time most people would want an afternoon tea. This was ordered as a birthday gift and would have been nice to arrive in the morning or afternoon not 7pm dinner time.

I bought this hamper as a belated Fathers Day present but unfortunately the quality of the pasties were not up to par. Each contained an embarrassing small amount of meat. I emailed your sales team as I don’t wish to review you badly online but I havnt heard back so not only was the quality of the product substandard but also the lack of customer service. I won’t be recommending or using you again.

Unfortunately, thanks to dpd the hamper arrived a day late and damaged. However, despite this Devon hampers handled the issue superbly and were so apologetic. I was given 3 options and accepted a full refund gratefully. I appreciated the incompetence of dpd was not down to them and the items that had survived were fine. Because of their response to this big disappointment I would still recommend them highly.
