I liked having the ability to choose the individual items for the hamper to suit the recipients' taste. I was kept informed by email at every step of the process and delivery took place on the chosen day.
Ordered to cheer my parents up as they struggle with shielding. They can't come to Devon so I sent Devon to them and they loved it.

Hamper delivered on date promised. Unfortunately there was a item missing ( shortbread) which was a shame as it was a gift and delivered directly to the recipient. I contacted Devon Hampers who asked what I wanted them to do. I've asked for a free gift of there choice for the recipient but now the silence is deafening. Poor customer service but after doing a Google search it seems to he the norm for this company which is a shame as they could have a good product on there hands.

What a great idea to be able to choose the products for a hamper - I have sent a few ‘ready made’ hampers from other stores recently, knowing that at least 1 item was not ideal. I ordered this Devon hamper for a relatives birthday. We are both shielding and I wanted to send something nice. She was really pleased with the hamper and enjoyed all the products.
