Sent this to my mum and dad from Plymouth to Essex for birthday pressie during lockdown. I have never used this company before but was impressed even during lockdown with the ease of the website and especially how you could pick the given day and time for delivery. I was informed of the delivery process all the way and it arrived on time. My parents were so impressed with the way the hamper was thoughtfully packaged with bubble wrap and straw and loved the printed box. They especially thought the Devon scones were fabulous. I have given a 4 star rating for everything as I did not taste it myself, so thought it was an honest opinion as they thought it was all lovely. I would now have confidence in sending one again from Devon Hampers..

I purchased this cream tea for my stepfathers 89th Birthday. The communication about delivery was excellent . The parcel arrived nice and early in the morning which was perfect. My stepfather was extremely happy with is gift and loved the card that was sent with the cream tea. A very nice touch

I won't be using Devon Hampers ever agin. Said that they would deliver on a specific date, and didn't. Tried to contact them by phone and email but to no avail. The only reply I received was on Facebook days later and to be honest it was very snotty. It took them a while to admit that they were at fault with the delivery. Very poor customer service and no phone call returned. Very unhappy with the service and communication.
My wire who originated from Devon, suffered double pneumonia and is in on lockdown. The other week She was feeling very down, I ordered a clotted cream tea as a surprise it arrived Saturday and she had a fantastic uplifting Feast - thank you

We ordered a few weeks before my mum's birthday, and the emails started coming a few days before the big day. We then got our dispatch notification, and the refrigerated delivery landed at my mum's via DPD exactly on the day we wanted, and at the perfect time (as luck would have it) for her to have afternoon tea if she'd wanted! So many thanks for a great service which we shall recommend to anyone looking for something similar.

There was a human error on my original order with the postcode with me regarding a l and L, therefore it went to the wrong address. I had set up a "virtual cream tea" with the family as a Birthday surprise and was concerned that the 3 different deliveries to different addresses would not arrive as planned on the same day. I should not have worried they all turned up as requested and they all tasted delicious!!
