Ordered the hamper for our son and daughter in law as a treat while the lockdown is on. Easy to order and was kept up to date with progress. On day of dispatch I tracked the order and new exactly when it would be delivered. The only downside was the delivery driver did contact my son to let them know when the delivery would be and as it was supposed to be a surprise he did not know he was due a parcel but no harm done. They were very pleased with the quality and content of the hamper.

I bought a Devon cream tea hamper for a friend who's stuck in a small flat on her own during the coronavirus lockdown and also got one for me and my mum so we could have a virtual afternoon tea with my friend. Everything arrived on time and was great quality. The scones and cream were particularly delicious and enjoyed by all! Many thanks for ensuring our virtual afternoon tea went really well! I was charged £13.95 for postage for a specific day, almost as much as the product itself, and the website says it should be £8.45. Also was expecting a bit more than a cardboard box and some straw - hardly a hamper. Can't fault the quality of the goods though.

I felt at the time it was a bit pricey but there weren’t many options left for delivery on the day I wanted it! Looking at it when it arrived at my daughters flat it certainly didn’t get a wow !
