Was advised when hamper was on its way and again when it would be delivered within a 1 hour slot, which was very helpful
Delivered to my parents for my mum's Birthday. They live 25 miles away so no way of dropping things with them during lockdown I chose a mixture of Gluten free and normal Scones and they both really enjoyed them It was great there was a gluten free option for my dad. The pictures they sent me of the scones cream and Jam looked amazing. The card with the message was great too. A lovely gift and would order again.
Bought these for my daughter who works in intensive care and thought she needed a treat. Her and her husband loved them. Everything was nicely chilled and fresh and enough jam for thier toast next morning

The presentation and delivery time was amazing. The products were clearly of a very high standard and very delicious. My only grievance was that the scones were quite dry and didn’t seem too fresh. But on the whole very happy

As my father's birthday was during the lockdown, we could not take him out as usual. We decided to send an afternoon savoury tea to him instead. He was thrilled with it. The quality of all the food and drink is outstanding, he particularly liked the blue cheese! Despite these challenging times, Devon Hampers said they could get the tea to my friend. I ordered it with over a week to spare. It didn't arrive until a week late - so over two weeks from order, there was no reply to email enquiry and the courier delivered on the eat by date. 1 more day and it would have gone in the bin. It was a lovely tea, good taste and did what I wanted it to, to brighten someone's day, but the courier was dreadful and quite spoiled the point of celebrating the wedding anniversary it was arranged for.

I sent a small hamper to my husband's Grandma as a surprise during lockdown as she couldn't get out. I made an error with the address details so rang straight away to change them, the gentleman was so helpful and re-sent the email confirming the correct address details. Brilliant service and the recipient absolutely loved the hamper. Highly recomend this company.
