Fairly easy to use website, found all I was looking for. Good to have the option of arranging own hamper. Have ordered twice now, both times Hampers have arrived on time and in perfect order. Although I didn't see any of the hampers when they were delivered both recipients were very happy with what they received.

Perfect afternoon tea for two. The Earl Grey tea is a lovely accompaniment to scones, jam and really thick clotted cream Mmm lovely.

Initial order arrived on the day stated, however he wrong champagne had been packed. This was quickly corrected and couriered out to me the following day with a very apologetic email and a complimentary food item included. - top marks for your customer service! It saved my wedding anniversary surprise. I'm still waiting for the promised printed box though and champagne I hadn't ordered is still waiting collection. I will order champagne again from DevonHampers.
I wanted something special for my birthday tea during these strange and worrying times. My box arrived in its allocated delivery slot. Scones, jam, clotted cream, fudge and shortbread biscuits were heavenly and made me feel like I had a real treat. Thank you
