On the strength of the many excellent testimonials, I ordered a cream tea for my elderly Mother to enjoy during Wimbledon week. Unfortunately, the courier failed to observe some simple instructions causing the cream to be spoilt on arrival. The response from the company (Lesley) to my concerns could not have been more professional, immediately offering a range of solutions from refund to a replacement order. I was so confident that she would put things right that I left the matter entirely in her hands. Subsequently, Mum received a lovely replacement hamper plus some goodies. Thank you Devon Hampers.
