Sent a cream tea to my niece as she had just come out of hospital. When it arrived the clotted cream was open and squashed. Got in touch with customer services and Adam dealt with my complaint. All sorted out and he was very nice about it. Although I did understand that it was not the Company's fault it probably happened during delivery. Thank you.

I’ve used Devon hampers a number of times for that little extra special gift, knowing that it’s just down the road from us too makes it even better. Contents are great and everyone who has received one loves them.
The Hamper was enjoyed by the recipients, it arrived a day later than was requested though.

I loved the fact I could choose and make the hamper personal to the recipient. I prefer to support local small businesses by adding products from the South West. The hamper was delivered on the day and date requested. Notification of a 2 hour slot was extremely helpful. Communication from Devon Hampers was excellent. I've used the company before and will continue to do so. Definitely recommend

Very pleased with efficient service
The cream tea hamper was enjoyed thoroughly by the recipient. I would have given 5 stars but the card enclosed did not include my greeting so the person receiving it did not know who it was from. (Which meant I had to ask if she’d received it). However the hamper itself was apparently excellent.
Ordered this as a easter gift and the recipients loved it..had to get in touch to enquire about something and the customer service was excellent!! Soon helped resolve my query .highly recommended
