The 3* would have been a full 5* had the order arrived on the agreed date. The date agreed was 1.3.24, so that is could arrive for my Son's birthday treat and I knew he would be there to receive it. I was not able to be with him on his birthday. However, the date, somehow became to 2.3.24, a day late. There was no one to receive the hamper on that date and was finally delivered on the 4th March. The driver didn't wait to see if there was anyone there to take the hamper in on the second occasion either. However, I don't want the delivery date mess-up,to distract from the quality of the food, all the family, even their baby, I just hope the hamper was still fresh, by the time they had it.
I had ordered this hamper for my husband's birthday, and we thoroughly enjoyed it that day and the following one. Having had similar hampers from other companies, this one is certainly the best in our opinion.

Good product but unable to contact them by phone to add a message that I had omitted. I left a message immediately and phoneva number of times first thing the next morning but to no avail. Product arrived on time as a mystery present. We had a great laugh but I had been worried you had gone bankrupt as no one answered the phone.
