This was something like my sixth order and unfortunately the first one that was not delivered on time. I suspect it was the couriers fault and not Devon hampers. The quality of the goods included was still excellent.

Ordered a hamper for my son at university which was delivered on time albeit to the wrong mail room, i.e. university mail room, other side of campus to the residents mail room, although addressed to him in person at his specific residence Delivered on a Friday mid morning, as advised by DPD, but my son not informed by the university that he could collect until mid afternoon on the Monday ! As a consequence perishable goods i.e. pasties were all mouldy !! Contacted Devon Hampers who immediately arranged a replacement order which arrived without incident 5 stars for customer service-would also be 5 star for the timely delivery if DPD had only delivered in person, as addressed, or at least to correct, i.e. residents, mail room

I am extremely grateful for your prompt service making a special day for my wife's birthday. She had not been very well but your hamper did a lot to cheer her up. Although your clotted cream will never surpass that made by her granny, it was the best she can remember in a long. We will be back with more orders. Very many thanks.
The hamper was lovely, full of delicious treats. Good to see a full size jar of jam, a whole box of biscuits and a whole box of teabags rather than individual portions as are in some hampers. Only slight issue was the two bottles of cider has squished one packet of scones but Devon Hampers customer service leapt into action and refunded the cost. We ate them anyway , just a bit more crumbly than usual! A lovely gift for our wedding anniversary when you can think of what to buy each other as you have been married 42 years!!!
