For some reason my order didn't go through but I was contacted the following morning to say that it was still uncompleted so that I could send it again.
Had a hamper delivered to my mum for Mother’s Day and she absolutely loved it.
Bought this for a mother's day gift, mum found it fantastic, she commented on how fresh the scones were, and also how generous the amount of jam was. She adores fudge anyway but said it was one of the nicest she has tasted. Would definitely order again.
The DPD delivery man dropped the parcel over the front gate, rather than walk to the door. My 97 year old mother was not aware so the parcel - supposedly in a safe place - was left in the open at risk of damage or theft. Two hours later a neighbour saw it and brought it to the front door. I am sorry, good as the product might be I will not use Devon hampers again if the delivery is as poor as this.

Website easy to use, ordered basic afternoon tea for two and liked the option to add the Prosecco to my order. This was a gift for a friend and ordered direct to her house. Delivery arrived on time (within given slot) and friend was thrilled to receive.
Easy to order, was delivered on time and with clear timings given. Although I wasn’t there to see it I hear that it was very much enjoyed as a special Mothers Day Treat for someone who can’t easily get out for cream teas nowadays. Thank you - good value and I would certainly use this again.

Had an issue ordering from overseas but using a UK bank card. Order and payment went into a suspension of sorts which I couldn’t undo. As it was a Friday I was having to wait until Monday to phone for assistance. However, I received an email on Sunday evening UK time offering help as the problem had been spotted. A phone number was provided for me to call and Adam very kindly sorted the problem instantly. Service above and beyond. Thank you Adam.
