Nice product nicely presented. Good customer service but shame about the delivery. One glass broken prior to delivery and replaced with substitute. Remaining glass broken on delivery. Good response but they need to fix the problem.

Got poor substitute to what we ordered, also paid extra for a Saturday delivery only for the product to be delivered on a Friday which was cheaper rate. Took longer than expect to deal with my complaint but it was dealt with OK with the offer of a £6 refund for the additional delivery which was processed into my account quickly
I was sent this gift for Xmas. Liked it so much, decided to send one to a friend. Packaged well and in an attractive way. Regular update on delivery of quality products which have been made locally and at reasonable price. Would def recommend if you're looking for something a little different as a gift. Keep it local!
Great service great products
Having left everything to the last minute (as usual!) I was rushing to arrange the contents of about 8 hampers to send to various clients. (It was a matter of days 'til Christmas!) In my rush I forgot to add a note to one of the hampers meaning the receiver wouldn't have a clue who the hamper was from. Made contact with Devon Hampers, asked them to 'do me a favour' and add the note for me; they handled it all - and were really polite and friendly in doing so.
My son and his family loved their hamper, it was such a surprise for them as I've not sent one before ! As a newbie to this I was very pleased with everything, ordering was simple (once I made up my mind which to choose ! ) , it was delivered on the day specified in perfect condition. The children loved the excitement of unpacking it..there was something for everyone! Brilliant ! Thanks to everyone

The recipient enjoyed the product but despite being in all day there was no knock or ring of the door bell. DPD said they had left it in the porch but it was actually left outside of the garage door. 5 stars for the product but 0 stars for DPD delivery.
I love sending these hampers to my Dad at Christmas- he has really loved the food and drink in them!
Arrived 1 day late, but that was the courier not you, and just left on the doorstep, didn't even ring the bell. Unfortunately DPD service is not too good in this area.
