Very quick delivery service
I was quite disappointed with this purchase as it delayed for a day. I requested to receive it on the 23rd which was an anniversary and a friend was staying with us on that day. The hamper finally arrived on 24th late afternoon - the celebration is done and our friend has gone. Other than the delivery, all the items in the parcel were fine.
Selecting and ordering was fairly simple. My only "niggle" is that, as this was for my son and his family living 150 miles away, the hamper was delivered a day earlier than ordered. It was lucky that they were in at the time otherwise it would have been standing out in that hot sun for goodness only knows how long. Perhaps it was a Courier error but it rather spoiled the experience.
I really like doing business with companies who actually provide a right proper service and Devon Hampers certainly did just that !!! They answered my initial queries promptly, helped with making vital delivery decisions (especially during the warmer weather),delivered on time and kept me up-to-date on the whole seamless process. The cherry on the cake, my friend is really enjoying his amazing hamper stocked full of Devon delights. YAY !
Courier left this parcel outside the address in 30 degrees, he couldn't be bothered waiting to be let in. I can only presume due to the parcel being left outside the chocolates were damage, probably melted slightly but my friend who I bought it for thought the packaging around chocolates was poor. Chocolates were replaced
