I asked you to change the delivery date & got no response so when the delivery email gave me the choice to change date I did. On the day of delivery about 7pm I got another email saying I'd asked for a change of delivery date & it wouldn't be delivered until the Monday. I had not asked for a 2nd change of delivery & this made it very late. I was not happy with this & would not recommend or use again.
Have ordered from Devon Hampers on several times and been totally satisfied.
I ordered the Devon cream tea for four hamper for a special present for a relative who had to cancel their holiday to Devon due to illness. The products were all first class and the recipient was very pleased. There was a slight issue with one of the items in the hamper, but when I alerted the company to this issue, they very quickly resolved it by sending a replacement plus an extra free gift! Highly recommended.
Delivery arrived a day early, was ordered and paid for Sunday delivery, but arrived on Saturday. Customer service does not operate on a Saturday and they have ignored our email for over a week now. No complaints about the product.

Bought for a 94 year old as a birthday present. She lives in Kent but used to come to Devon for her hols. She was very pleased with it. Delivered on time. The only thing I would say was the person who delivered it did not wait for said person to answer the door so left it on the door step. Luckily she was in and was able to bend down and pick it up.
The actual hamper was good,. However, paying £12 to select a specific date, then it being delivered on a different date without warning is overpriced and has put me off any future purchases for time-sensitive gifts.
