The recipients found the Devon Cream Tea hamper superb.However it did not arrive on the due date hence four stars instead of five.It may be worth considering the extra cost of courier delivery.

Cannot fault Devon Hampers but Royal Mail let me down on this occasion. Ordered for Friday and was delivered Saturday. Royal mail texted saying coming Friday and stayed in but did not arrive. Saturday received another text saying being delivered Saturday. Received text saying delivered but it was not outside my house. Half an hour later door bell rang and Devon Hampers was on the door step with postwomen in the distance so unable to asked why I received a text saying it had been delivered when it was not delivered until half an hour later.
Turned up for mothers day and she absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend

This was my first order with Devon Hampers (and it won't be my last either!) I ordered a cream tea for my Mum for Mother's Day and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The scones were fresh and the Devonshire tea tasty with the clotted cream, jam and biscuits. My Mum is a great baker and enjoys scones and she said they were superb. Also, when I called the company to ask a question they were so friendly and helpful, delightful to talk to. Highly recommended for a unique gift to someone special. I will return with other orders in the future.

Hamper turned up on time and my friend said it was lovely the only negative i paid for a picnic hamper and it was delivered in just a box. After messaging i had the choice of receiving the hamper or a refund.
I ordered this hamper for my parents wedding anniversary for something different. I googled loads of companies, including big named high Street retailers and no one came close to Devon Hampers for quality and value. My parents invited us round for cream tea and all I can say is WOW. The scones were to die for along with the cornish clotted cream and jam. So fresh, even getting delivered to Scotland. The whole contents tasted out of this world. I would HIGHLY recommend Devon Hampers to anyone and I will definitely be back for more in the very near future

My niece was absolutely delighted with this gift. The vegan scones were apparently absolutely delicious! Such good value with the lovely wicker basket too!
One of three items ordered was sent and I had to chase the missing two items but when I did the response was apologetic and the missing items were sent immediately with no problems. The mugs were perfect though - thank you.
Surprised to find out, that I could nominate a delivery date. Made the process much smoother and user friendly. Parcel updates were given and delivery was prompt and acknowledged.
