Ordered the pasty and real ale hamper as a thank you gift and it was very well received by the recipient. The ordering was quick and easy and you were kept informed at every stage from dispatch right up until it had been delivered. Would definitely recommend.

Devon Hampers are easy to deal with but we had to purchase an extra item to make the postage pay.
Bought two cream teas as gifts for two friends who had birthdays in the same week!! Both were delighted and said they enjoyed them very much. The teas arrived on the requested day, were well packaged and very fresh and delicious. So pleased I might even send for one of the smaller ones for myself as a treat.
Was delivered to our son and daughter-in-law. They said it was fantastic. So pleased with it. Great condition when arrived with top class contents.
Devon Heaven's service was very good as was the product. disappointing that Royal Mail failed to deliver on the requested day but one day late for the recipients birthday.

I was very sorry that the hamper did not arrive on the day requested so the birthday passed without the birthday tea. The fact that DPD sent it to the wrong depot is worrying. I do not trust DPD. Having to apologise for a late delivery was not expected. I hope the tea was enjoyed and I have not heard to to the contrary. I shall think carefully before ordering again.

Chose the gluten free tea and receivers of the gift were pleased. They had never had a cream tea as a gift and enjoyed the treat.
I was sent some produce by a friend as a thankyou & the meat pies, fruit cake & cheese were very tastey & thoroughly enjoyable. Some of the best produce I have tasted in ages. I then ordered some produce as a gift for a relative, (pie, pasty, sausage roll & fruit cake) who was also very pleased. The order & delivery all went according to plan. So good not to be disappointed., very impressed & wont hesitate to use again.
We have yet to try this one but the ice cream is waiting
I got this hamper for my my dad's birthday. Apparently it was very professionally packaged, the bottles wrapped with a clever concertina etc. (It's always a worry when sending via the internet, as I want the initial impression to be good, especially if sending a gift) The presentation was apparently great - my parents were very impressed (not to mention fab booze and grub), so I was very happy and will definitely be using Devon Hampers again.
Great service, chose my products but my payment wouldn't go through. I phoned the company and they couldn't have been more helpful, located my order and I paid by debit card over the phone. The gift was lovely,well received and thoroughly enjoyed.
