I placed an order which was to be delivered for a present for someone that was spending the day with me on the same day it was being delivered. The delivery was spot on, which was great, however I ordered for her present, the shortbread and the fudge and was sent just the shortbread and a random pot of cream. There was no explanation of why I did not have the fudge and it was swopped for cream that needed to be put in the bin as it was not chilled. I also do not like the fact that you are forced to buy a cardboard box for packaging for your goods to be sent in. This is poor business and should be included in the £8.40 charged for the Postage and Packaging. I paid just short of £28 and received a tin of shortbread. Not impressed.

Communication was perfect, I was kept informed of despatch and delivery at all times. Hamper was delivered on time and in perfect condition. First rate company. Have used them twice and will continue to use them.

Brilliant- ordered afternoon tea for a friend’s birthday and she loved it. She said the clotted cream was the best she had ever tasted. Would definitely order again and recommend. A one hour delivery slot was provided early on the day of delivery and the delivery was made on time . Very impressive as it was for the day before Christmas Eve.
The hampers were well received and enjoyed! The service was excellent and the hampers were all delivered on the days booked. The were well packaged and the contents were excellent. Would highly recommend.
