I live in South East Asia , and the ordering process was seamless, with confirmation of my order, messages when the hamper was being prepared, and that it had been sent, including a pretty accurate delivery time. Really easy ordering, quick delivery but unfortunately there was a broken item inside the hamper which caused leaking and glass everywhere.
Bought as a present for a neighbour who kept an eye on my house while I was away. She had really enjoyed it and said it was better and fresher than one she had had off different company

We wanted to thank a fitter who had gone above and beyond his duties to help solve an issue at our flat. Sadly, he didn’t receive the parcel because the addressee’s details were struck through with a black marker pen, presumably by the courier. What a shame because the hamper contents were a really tasty selection. Devon Hampers, a photo is available on request should you wish to follow up with your couriers.
