I loved the choice of products and that the site automatically ordered a large box. I liked the regular delivery updates. The contents were exactly as expected, we'll packaged and looked nice. I can't comment on the actual taste etc of the products as the hamper was a gift but I was sent a photo.

I had to phone and change the delivery address on my order. Not only are the staff very friendly and approachable but the change was made without issue or fuss and the hamper safely delivered to the amended address

I wouldn't think the clotted cream is chilled enough after 12pm. It was nearly room temperature at a delivery time of 09:45am so I recommend a pre 12pm delivery. Great to have clotted cream that is not mass produced and tasteless like Roddas. Jam was great. Scones were packaged in a paper bag that felt like it had come from a community church cake sale. The packaging needs improving. I do not expect this with the high delivery charges. I also feel the company needs to use dry ice like other providers. A pot of cream in a box wrapped in bubble wrap is not sufficient. It was okay as an experience but there is a lot of room for improvement. Excellent gluten free scones though.
