The service was fantastic. I placed an order but needed to change the delivery date, this was done easily without question by friendly efficient staff. They called me back to confirm and the hamper was delivered exactly as agreed and beautifully presented.
My friend was so pleased with her afternoon tea hamper which I organised as a special birthday treat during lockdown. She said it reminded her of beautiful, happy, family holidays in Devon :))
The first hamper I ordered did not arrive because the parcel was damaged. I would have liked the delivery driver to had knocked to tell me he was returning the parcel as I did not check the tracking until late in the day. I believed the delivery was late because there was local roadworks that day and all traffic was being diverted. But a new hamper was sent out a few days later and has been enjoyed by all. Thank you.

The Snowdonia Green Thunder was excellent. The Truffle one had never been introduced to any truffle and needed truffle honey to make it taste of truffle. I did not order the Snowdonia chilli & pepper but it was very good. Shame we didn't get to sample the cheddar?.
I ordered as a birthday present. It was allegedly dispatched but never delivered. After a week of trying to contact the company for an update, I'm now being forced to contact my card issuer to charge back the payment as they clearly have no interest in resolving the issue.
Exremely well pleased with the hamper which was delivered on time and well packaged.. Really tasty scones and no complaints at all either with the cream (ample portion) or the jam. Tea had a lovely flavour and although haven't yet tried the biscuits, feel sure they wil be delicious. And the fudge was to die for ....
A small criticism - delivery company informed me of tracking details by text to my phone despite my giving recipient’s phone number.
