Willies Cacao

Willies Cacao was born out of an adventurous trip to Venezuela, when Willie and his wife Tania trekked to see where the mountains met the Caribbean sea, and happened upon a Hacienda and cacao farm for sale in the cloud forest.  Willie learned how to farm cacao and create chocolate with passion and artistry through the gentle tutelage of the locals with generations of experience, trial and error and a huge passion for what he was doing.  Since then the business has grown to produce the chocolates in his Devon workshop, ready to be discovered by the UK market!
