Chunk started in the back of a butcher's shop and have grown through harsh financial times to a business committed to rustic gourmet style food - without being too pompous!  Keep it simple, tasty and natural is their philosophy.  And with their locally sourced, free range ingredients, there's no need to add any artificial junk.
