I can understand charging for hamper baskets but I don’t agree with charging for a simple cardboard box!!
Customer service was great once I got someone to actually respond to my email. I tried contacting by phone several times but nobody answered when I called.
Recently purchased the Devon Cream Tea for Four hamper, for a friends birthday, Ordering the product was simple, and it arrived on the day I requested, and the feedback from my friend was it was all delicious. I have previously purchased from Devon Hampers and feel they offer value for money, and quality products. A great find, for a special gift or a nice personal treat, and I will certainly use them again.
