I live in New Zealand and bought this hamper for my sister in the UK who had just broken her arm. Unfortunately, she had to go back into hospital the day it arrived and so her friend put the scones and cream in the freezer. When my sister returned home she just defrosted the scones and cream and said they were delicious. Thank you for your speedy service. I'll certainly be using this again.
