I live in Australia and have sent several of your scones to relatives, they have all been received on time and I had thank yous but not had how much they enjoyed them, am very sure they did though because they look delicious

The tea was appreciated very much. As I mentioned to you over the phone the goods being left on the doorstep was perishable and was not a good idea. DPD did inform us of delivery at 1215 with photo. However we were out until 1600 and had to phone the receiver who said they had found the goods at 1500 and were pleased. As a suggestion it would be better for you and the customer if DPD could use the receivers phone contact especially with perishable goods. It seems stupid that the buyer some 150 miles away from the receiver be the communicator for DPD. Brian Manhire.
