I had this hamper sent to my parents as a gift on my dad’s birthday. They absolutely loved it! It lasted them at least 2 days, and was such a treat as they are still having to be cautious going out due to poor health. Great phone service too when I accidentally typed in wrong details on the online order. Answered immediately and was actually nice to chat to a real person! Totally recommend Devon hampers and think I will order myself one soon too!!
Got for my parents as a thank you present following my wedding. My parents loved it.
Would have been 5 stars, but for the fact that you have to pay for a cardboard box 'hamper' which actually just a standard plain cardboard box used to deliver your items,. As there is no outer packaging, the box arrived with fragile tape and delivery infiormation over it. I had assumed that, as I had to pay for a cardboard box, that there would be further packaging so that if the hamper was being given as a gift there would be a nice clean box, not one that had been through a courier and left outside by the delivery driver. Having said that, the products I ordered were nice and well packaged in wood wool. But my cardboard box will be going into the recycling.
