I ordered this for my dads birthday and he really loved it, he said the pies were best he has ever had and he now wants to move to Devon. Would 100% order again
I wouldn't think the clotted cream is chilled enough after 12pm. It was nearly room temperature at a delivery time of 09:45am so I recommend a pre 12pm delivery. Great to have clotted cream that is not mass produced and tasteless like Roddas. Jam was great. Scones were packaged in a paper bag that felt like it had come from a community church cake sale. The packaging needs improving. I do not expect this with the high delivery charges. I also feel the company needs to use dry ice like other providers. A pot of cream in a box wrapped in bubble wrap is not sufficient. It was okay as an experience but there is a lot of room for improvement. Excellent gluten free scones though.

Everything about this was great; the help over the phone, flexibility when I realised one hamper needed to be vegan, all 5 hampers delivered on time to various locations, and the tea itself delicious and well presented.
Our son in law loved his birthday gift, as we couldn’t see him on the day we decided this was an ideal gift.
My daughter sent me a photo showing the cream tea set out with white tablecloth and best China. A good substitute to getting together in Devon for a family gathering with a cafe cream tea

The hamper arrived when due. The friends we sent it to said it was the best cream tea they had ever had. They loved the scones and the quality of the preserve. The prosecco went down well too!
