Delivery was two days late and use by date five days after receipt which wasn’t great, especially as biscuits which usually have a far longer shelf life. Contents however were good.
I chose the wrong order date but after a quick email to customer services it was,all sorted in a very short amount of time
I ordered afternoon tea for two as a treat for a diabetic friend. It was really good as a lot of the reduced sugar treats are generally tasteless. The order came on the day I selected and arrived well packed wirh a cool bag for the cream. The bag the scones came in was slightly worn by the wood shavings designed to hold everything in place. That said the scones were huge and tasty. I was very impressed.
I ordered a cheese and wine hamper to be sent to my daughter and son in law for their anniversary. Unfortunately there were issues with the delivery outside of Devon Hampers hands. But after contacting them, they dealt with the problem swiftly and effectively and I could not have asked for more. The parcel's contents were very securely wrapped to avoid damage. I cannot rate them highly enough and will definely use them in the future. Incidentally they even sent me an apology treat which was generous and caring of them
