Hamper didn't arrive from Courier, the ONLY way to contact Devon Heaven us by email as they're not manning the phones. Despite doing this 6 days ago, still no contact from DPD or this company. Don't waste your m only!

I ordered gluten free scones, they were inedible. They were dry as a bone and stale. I had an exchange of emails with Emma who offered me a gift voucher but I would never order from them again. Since sending a photo iv not had a reply

Disgusted with this company. I placed my order and it was delivered very promptly...and that’s the good bit. I had ordered a large and a very large cardboard box but what they don’t tell you is the very large box that I paid for was used as the delivery box so can’t be used to pack the goodies in for the hamper as it’s got tape and a postage label on it. Ok, still got the large box...oh no I haven’t because that box can fit 6 items in and its full, not the 14-16 as described on the order form. On checking over the 36 items I ordered, some have very short dates for a Christmas hamper. Some of the biscuits are best before 28th December! Now I’ve politely emailed three times about the boxes and I’ve not even had an acknowledgment let alone a reply. I never write bad reviews, and I hesitated to do this after the year it’s been but this company have really annoyed me by their total lack of after sales service.
So lovely to be able to order by phone ,very helpful delivery very slick and organised products lovely would totally recommend,to anyone for a present.
