Purchased two hampers for Christmas presents and the recipients were so happy with them - lovely container and well presented inside. Helpful the 'best by dates' were lengthy. Would definitely order again and fully recommend this product!

The service was good but disappointed with the delivery which was rescheduled due to your courier missing out your . A new delivery date was arranged and they managed to deliver it a day later than the re-arranged date. This, not the food which was excellent, made it disappointingting.
Didn’t get a 5 star as poor delivery Booked delivery for 31st December for my uncles 91 st birthday . It gave me the 31st as a delivery option . Wasn’t delivered until 3 rd January .

Have bought scones a few times from Devon Hampers and have always been impressed. Prompt delivery of nice products with clean ingredients - some of their products do contain unnecessary ingredients, so I just choose those without.
Nice jam with clean ingredients and nothing "extra" added unlike most other jams.
When I opened the transit packaging, my first impression was that it was a proper wicker box. Very well printed and adds something special to a gift of scones.

Amazing company to deal with & a prompt response to a previous hamper not being delivered in 2023. Unfortunately the issue appeared to be a mix up with the courier company, but Devon Hampers resolved the matter without fuss and gave us a full refund as the Christmas items were no longer appropriate for a January delivery. The customer service & support team were the best we could ask for. Good service always deserves loyalty & we did hesitate placing our 2024 order with them.
Enjoyed everything, plenty of jam, cream, and good to have a choice of fruit and plain scones, not forgetting the tea bags also included. Lovely cream tea at a good price, would throughly recommend
