The hamper wasn’t sent out in time for the next day delivery slot so it arrived the day after it was required - this was very disappointing as I had ordered well in advance and paid £8 to ensure the hamper arrived on the day as it was a birthday gift - the cream tea itself was apparently very good.

I had been looking for something a little different to send to my Mum as we haven't been able to see each other for a while now, trying to decide what to buy her was difficult due to vast choices available and everything looked amazing, I finally decided to surprise her with the Luxury Cream Tea Hamper, it arrived on her doorstep and in her words, she was absolutely over the moon unboxing her assortment of treats - would definitely recommend to anyone looking to spoil themselves or others.
From start to finish everything was easy, well except from trying to decide what to purchase from the sheer range of choices where everything on the website looked amazing, in the end finally deciding on the Luxury cream tea hamper. Ordering online was simple and easy to complete, I was fully informed about the progress of my order throughout, I loved the different package options available. It arrived well packaged and everything looked as amazing as it did on the website. Will definitely be ordering from you again
Good to be able to buy from a local company providing a good customer service. There was a query with my order and I had a phone call to make sure that things were accurate. Brilliant! Will be using them again.
The staff were pleasant to deal with. Friendly, helpful and time not a problem when taking the order. So good in fact we placed a second order several days later. Product was well packaged and communication re delivery good and items rec'd on time. All the recipients enjoyed the whole experience especially the eating! Some minor personal likes/dislikes but are going to order for ourselves now!
Only problem was how the cream should have been kept. It was felt better instructions were required on how to keep the cream upon receipt. In the fridge or freezer? (i.e. had the product been frozen before)?
Unfortunately this was not the preferred choice to compliment the a scone. Our fault! The blackcurrant was however enjoyed even after the scones had been eaten.

Purchased for elderly Aunt & Uncle who are in their 90's. Scones were 'massive', too much for one sitting so lasted longer than anticipated!
Thank you to Devon Hampers for this lovely hamper. It was bought as a gift for my parents, as a “pick me up” - they have been shielding for the whole lockdown. I live 100 miles away and thought that they would enjoy receiving an afternoon tea out of the blue!! The hamper was due to be delivered on a Saturday, but due to complications with the delivering courier, it didn’t actually arrive until the following Monday, so it was just as well it was a surprise package. My parents thoroughly enjoyed the contents and my Dad was so impressed with the taste of the clotted cream - needless to say everything was eaten very quickly!! This was a surprise gift for an "expectant couple" & it couldn't have been a better choice. Such a treat, beautifully presented & absolutely delicious!! I'll definitely be ordering this again for people in the future.

Currently slower than usual delivery services meant that the parcel was delayed by a day, but the London based recipient confirmed that the clotted cream was none the worse for that. I am pleased to support a local, rural business initiative.
