Although I cannot comment on this hamper personally (as it was sent as a gift). I can say that the recipients were delighted with it and said the scones were very generous. Overall very pleased.
Thank you for the lovely Cream Tea. It arrived at my mother's just a day after I ordered it. She was surprised and happy to receive this gift. According to her, it was delicious. I know it helped cheer her up as she is going through a lot of problems at the moment. I would definitely recommend Devon Hampers to my friends and family. I will be ordering again.
My hamper was for a birthday present for my sister living in Surrey and she was delighted saying that the clotted cream was so much creamier than in her local shops and the scones were so big the tea lasted over two afternoons. The whole tea brought back to her memories of our holidays as children in Cornwall and she was thrilled with the wicker basket too.I will definitely use Devon hampers again.

Bought this as a present for a friend moving house, so didn't see the hamper, but the recipient was very pleased with it, although somehow it got delivered to the next door neighbour.
The gift box arrived as scheduled the day after I ordered. I was kept informed of the delivery time via text. The delivery person followed the instructions I'd left with the order. Packaging was excellent and ensured that the items were delivered in perfect conditions. Great job all round.

Bought this for my Dad for Father's Day - he absolutely loved it and it made his day! He's a Devonian but now lives in Yorkshire. Found the choice online and the ordering system very easy and could pick my day of delivery. Even got an email saying who would deliver and a 1 hour timeslot so I could ring and check he was about to receive it. Fantastic service, have recommended it to all my friends and will definitely use it again!

I purchased this for my Sister who had just had a hip replacement knowing I would be unable to visit her on her return home as I would be on holiday. I got a text message and photo of her enjoying the cream tea saying how wonderful it was and so much better than sending flowers.
I was very pleased with the overall look of the product, presentation and conversation with the member of staff when this order was placed. Delivery was spot on; with the added bonus of being given notice of delivery time. As this was a birthday treat for my Mum, I can only base my review of the hamper and its contents by the shrieks of delight that came via the phone as she uncovered each item. I would like to comment on the tasty treats but for some reason my Mum appears to be reluctant to offer any around . Lol...,This has been a "great gift "and more interesting than the usual annual box of chocolates and bunch flowers.

I ordered the Devin Cream Tea hamper for my dad on Fathers Day . I have to say what excellent service I have received from start to finish. The website is easy to use and quick . I received emails telling me of the complete progression of my order from receipt of order to the dispatch. Excellent service . The best bit .... The hamper ! My dad was overwhelmed with the beautiful scones . They were huge . There was plenty of cream and the jam was delicious. As I live a long way from my parents who are now nearly 90 I decided to send something for fathers day that they would both enjoy. I selected the Devon Cream Tea for Two hamper and arranged delivery. Although I thought the cost of delivery was slightly expensive it worked well as I was e-mailed a timeslot that I could then pass on to my parents who are also profoundly deaf. This meant they could keep an eye out for the delivery van without fretting all day that they might not hear the bell. They were delighted with the hamper although the verdict on the scones were that they were dry and would benefit from being toasted. That apart it was well received.
This is a present for a friend's 70th birthday so I don't know how good it is until after her birthday. I ordered this on 15th June as I am going away & wanted to do it before I left. I specifically asked in the special instructions on the order form "please deliver as near to 30th June as possible" but received an email on 15th saying my delivery was on its way. I phoned the company & left a message asking them to ring me back hoping to delay the delivery, no one rang me. Why ask for special instructions which are ignored?
